Andrew brings with him a wealth of knowledge with over thirty year’s experience in the construction industry and a degree in engineering. Since 1980, he has been responsible for remodelling and building over 5,000 homes, predominantly in the Sydney market.

In 2005 he evolved the Grandview Building Group into the commercialization of SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) technology, supplying flat pack housing to Central Queensland, building mining villages, a hotel facility and residential housing in Queensland and New South Wales.

He has introduced to the market, 21st century building technology suitable for modern housing design and ease of construction.

Arun Hazarika

An Accredited Building designer (BDAA) and Urban designer, Arun’s diverse portfolio is the result of more than 12 years’ experience working on built projects in Italy, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Australia.

Currently working on large master planning briefs and medium scale projects in the commercial and residential sector, Arun delivers resilient designs that speak sympathetically to the landscape.

Moreover, Arun has considerable experience in working closely with planners, attending to urban design guidelines in the DCPs and LEPs that are council regulatory requirements. He has prepared Feasibility Reports, conceptual 3d massing and graphical presentations to convey complex project information to clients, councils, DEP panels, and building consultants; collaborating and guiding drafting teams to produce DA, CDC, and CC drawings for council approvals.

Arun is an Affiliate of the Australian Institute of Architects. Membership No. 63303.

Working closely with trades, designers & certifiers, Craig’s extensive industry knowledge and management skills ensure the building process runs smoothly & efficiently to meet deadlines & fulfil client’s expectations.
